Which logistics companies do we use?
We use courier companies such as USPS, DHL, and international postal services to ship packages.
How much is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs range from $6.89–$15, calculated at checkout.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
VAAIG covers outbound shipping costs for orders within the United States. If you need to return or exchange an item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 3 business days.
Shipping Time:
United States: 7–12 business days after shipment
International: 10–18 business days after shipment
Delivery times may be extended during holidays or due to customs inspection.
Can I expedite my order?
We may be able to arrange expedited processing depending on the destination and availability.

Expedited shipping is subject to confirmation after review, and additional fees may apply.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within 48 hours of placing the order by contacting hello@vaaig.com.
If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to cancel or modify it.
If the order has already been shipped and a tracking number has been issued, the order cannot be canceled or modified.
Who is responsible for customs duties and VAT?
For Canada, the UK, Europe, Australia, and Japan, shipments are delivered duty-paid (DDP).
For all other international countries, duties and taxes are not prepaid (DDU) and may be collected by local customs upon delivery.
Undeliverable Packages
After receiving the tracking number, please monitor your shipment closely.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the package, we will contact you to assist with reshipment arrangements.
